In 20 minutes, do as many rounds as possible...
Each round:
100 single under jump ropes
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
Total rounds:
10 + 25 single under jump ropes
5 three minute rounds on the heavy bag, 30 second rest between rounds
