Pull ups, 10 reps
50# single arm dumbbell snatch, alternate arms, 10 reps
45# Overhead squats, 10 reps
Abmat sit ups, 30 reps
95# Hanging Power Clean, 10 reps
Total time: 33:14

135# Should Press, 5 sets of 3 reps
1 minute rest between sets
