As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
5 Pull Ups
10 Hanging leg raises
15 Thrusters 45#

165 Thrusters (SUCKED!)

1.25 mile HIIT run in 15 minutes
Alternate 1 minute sprint/30 second walk
